1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Smart QR Code, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Use License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Create malicious QR codes or content
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage our systems
- Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
3. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You agree to provide accurate information during registration
- You are liable for all activities under your account
- You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access
4. Content Ownership
- You retain ownership of QR code content you create
- You grant us a license to use your content to provide the service
- You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate laws or third-party rights
- We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms
5. Pricing & Billing
- Pricing is displayed before purchase and may change with notice
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
- All prices are in USD
- Billing is processed securely through Stripe
- You are responsible for keeping payment information current
6. Refund Policy
No Refunds: All purchases are final. Refunds are not available for subscriptions or one-time purchases, regardless of the reason for cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for early cancellation.
7. Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- No refunds will be issued
8. Intellectual Property
- Smart QR Code and its content are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our platform without permission
- QR code technology is provided as-is under our service agreement
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart QR Code is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, revenue, or profits
- Interruptions or errors in the service
- Third-party actions or content
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
10. Service Uptime & Availability
While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
11. Changes to Services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time with reasonable notice.
12. Termination
We may terminate your account if you:
- Violate these terms
- Engage in illegal activity
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Create excessive support burden
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. You agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before legal action.
14. Third-Party Services
Our platform integrates with Stripe (payments) and Supabase (data storage). Your use is subject to their terms of service as well.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email.
